Help with EU Projects

tEC has practical experience of what works, what doesn’t, and the issues faced by organisations in meeting the expectations of the Joint Technical Secretariat and the EU Monitoring Committee.
The Environment Centre has over 5 years of direct experience of managing our own EU projects, and supporting partners within Hampshire, South East England and Europe. tEC will equip you with the key tools to manage both your project and your transnational project partnership.
Our team has led 3 ERDF part-funded projects (highest value project 1.9 million Euros), and participated as a project partner in a further 2. As a result, we have extensive knowledge of dealing directly with the JTS and SEEDA on INTERREG, IVA, IVC & IIIC programmes.
We offer direction and support to set up project management systems, (for both lead partners and project partners); and practical advice on efficient project reporting, to minimise time and resources spent, and to decrease lag times for ERDF payment.

- Quality management plan
- Communications plan
- Project planning and deliverables monitoring system
