Southampton City Council has been awarded funding by the Department of Energy and Climate Change to carry out a regeneration project across the city through its Solent Green Deal project.
They are looking to insulate homes with solid walls and have been undertaking works in British Iron and Steel Federation (BISF), Wimpey and REEMA properties. They can also carry out additional energy improvement measures to eligible properties where possible. This work will substantially improve homes, providing considerable energy savings and reduced fuel bills for the householder.
Funding is available towards the majority of the cost of works, however a client contribution will be required.
We are working closely with Southampton City Council to contact all properties that qualify under this project. If you haven't received a letter or would like more information please contact us on 0800 804 8601.
