Carbon Saving Communities Obligation (CSCO)

Find out if you may be eligible for subsidised or free energy efficiency measures including loft and cavity wall insulation.

The Carbon Saving Communities Obligation (CSCO) of ECO offers energy efficiency measures to households in certain areas. Households within these areas are currently eligible for free or subsidised cavity wall and loft insulation and connections to district heating networks.
The map below shows the areas in Hampshire which are eligible. It includes both the originally eligible areas (red) and those which have recently become eligible since the government's consultation on changes to ECO (yellow). Zoom in to find out whether your home may be eligible.
The original LSOAs are ranked within the lowest 15% of the country in terms of the 2010 Indices of Multiple Deprivation. The newly eligible LSOAs are ranked within the lowest 25% of the whole country and/or lowest 25% of rural areas according to the 2010 Indices of Multiple Deprivation. Contains National Statistics data © Crown copyright and database right 2014.
