Topics covered will include:

• Successes and failures
• How suppliers (house-builders, architects etc.) need to change their services to help deliver a low carbon South East (built environment), and how these changes will give them competitive advantage
• Future business opportunities for developers and the construction industry from the perspective of people planning low carbon communities.
• Changing existing communities vs. building from scratch
• Planned 'from above' vs. organically growing 'from below'
• Social impacts of the low carbon developments
• How residents and local communities are responding to these developments
