This workshop will hear from leading companies working in the energy sector in the South East about the potential for renewables in the region.
The discussion will focus on which technologies will prosper in the region and why, and how the South East can move towards its goal of global leadership in environmental technologies.
STRUCTURE
The companies will speak about their own experiences and the potential for renewables in the South East.
We aim hear from each company:
a) What they see as their contribution to creating a Low Carbon South East
b) A brief description of their current status
c) The potential for their industry over the next 10-15 years
d) Barriers, issues, problems that could hinder the development of this potential
e) How SEEDA, Government and local authorities can help facilitate this process
