Building affordable low carbon housing and creating sustainable communities

This workshop looks at the modular low carbon homes (CSH 5) developed by the ecoTECH Group. They are, together with their partners Cisco Systems exploring ways of using communications technology to help create social capital and build sustainable communities.

There will also be a discussion about the social impact of the low carbon housing boom and the roles of the public and private sector in the creation of sustainable communities.
