Russel Hayden has worked with Nicholas Hare Architects since 1997, following periods with Building Design Partnership, The Jubilee Line Extension Project and running his own practice. He has completed a variety of projects with NHA including the Student Services Building at the University of Southampton. Russel is now developing proposals for the refurbishment of the 10-storey Faraday Tower on campus, with all the challenges inherent in upgrading 1960's building stock to modern day standards.
