Anthony Kleanthous
WWF Policy Advisor on Sustainable Communications
Anthony Kleanthous is WWF-UK’s Senior Policy Advisor on Corporate Accountability and Innovation, and author of “Let Them Eat Cake: satisfying the new consumer appetite for responsible brands”
He also serves on the Steering Committee of the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Sustainable Marketing programme and is a consultant to the World Business Council on Sustainable Development. After six years with Saatchi & Saatchi and BMP DDB Needham, Anthony gained an MSc in Sustainable Development from Imperial College, London. An early pioneer of stakeholder communications, Anthony has advised many blue chip companies and policy makers on sustainability issues; recently, he drafted the Cyrene Declaration announcing the establishment of the world’s first regional-scale sustainable development project.
Until recently, Anthony was Strategy Director of Clownfish Marketing, and was previously Marketing Director of toptable.co.uk, Global eBusiness Manager at AstraZeneca plc, and Head of Marketing at PayPal (an eBay company). |
