Has used carbon-cutting procedures and/or technologies to best effect within their organisation |

Has, if possible, successfully combined the deployment of these technologies or procedures with efforts to raise carbon consciousness among employees and the general public |

| Ideally, the reduction in carbon emissions can be quantified. |
